The Five-Step Process
Step 1: Let’s build your customized plan
Schedule a consultation with a Select Properties Investment Associate to explore the options available to you. This step will help to evaluate your needs and develop an income strategy tailored to fit your budget and financial goals.

As a Wealth Builder member, your Select Properties Investment Associate will guide you in your real estate investment journey and help you to leverage our income property strategies to generate income and build wealth.
Step 3: Choose your property
After you are approved as a Wealth Builder member, you need to choose your suitable income property from our available options. At Select Properties, we offer new-build income property opportunities. We focus on new apartment building projects for our investors to acquire the units to generate income.
Your Investment Associate will advise you of the opportunities that best suit your budget and financial goals, as well as guide you to make informed choices.
Step 4: Financing solutions
After you have chosen your desired property, it is time to talk about money. Your Investment Associate will guide you through the financing process. Our building partner maintains strong relationships with leading Canadian financial institutions and mortgage brokers. If suitable, we can recommend you for a referral. This can facilitate the process and help get the best rates.
Step 5: Watch your investment grow
Once you have secured the financing and the contracts are in place, the challenging work is done. The rest is easy. Just take a back seat and watch your investment grow. You will not have to deal with the trouble of being a landlord. Our property management partners will take the hassle out for you by managing your property for you. They will find a suitable tenant for your unit, collect rent, and send you a cash flow statement every month. Your rent should cover your mortgage and expenses on the unit.
